Hi, I’m Melissa Bykofsky—an experienced content strategist, print/digital writer and editor, and brand developer in New York City. I specialize in producing engaging service and human interest content for women across milestone moments in their lives.
I’m currently the Deputy Editor at Parents.com and have previously held editorial roles Woman’s Day, Redbook, and Marie Claire magazines. My work has appeared in additional print and digital publications including Teen Vogue, Cosmopolitan, O, The Oprah Magazine, Yahoo Health, Yahoo Beauty, Newsday, The Queens Courier, The Long Island Herald, Patch.com, and The Mott Haven Herald.
I earned my Master’s degree in journalism from the City University of New York Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism. I graduated from Binghamton University where I was the editor-in-chief of the student newspaper Pipe Dream and a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Sigma Delta Tau.
